For my youngest brother’s birthday, we travelled the short ferry-trip it takes to get to Rottnest Island where there are numerous fascinating creatures that you don’t really get a chance to see on the West Australian mainland. We stopped to catch our breath about halfway through our ride across the Island when we spotted a sea-eagle who had bravely set up its nest atop a precarious rock – it looked so impressive, just sitting there observing the ocean!
Here are a few more, just because he looked so awesome! The first one gives a good impression of the spot the nest was built.
Got some cool animal shots in your photographic archives? Post a link in the comments and I’ll share it next week on Friday.
Have a super weekend 🙂
